If you know your job MUST ship by a certain date, you are required to enter an In Hands Date, so that your job is stamped as a rush order in our system. Our listed turnaround times are average/estimated and will NOT be guaranteed unless you enter the order as a rush job. Please see below for other terms & conditions you must read and agree to. The turnaround times are based on receiving the order before 12pm (noon) PST on “day zero”. So, an example rush to ship a postcard in 2 business days means that your order is in on Monday before noon PST, it prints Tuesday and cuts to ship Wednesday. Transit time is not included. To calculate the time it will take for UPS to deliver, please visit UPS.com – “Calculate Transit Time” section to figure out how long it will take for your package to delivery. Rush charge to guarantee the job ships in 2 business days
– Currently a 100% rush charge (subject to change at any time)
Rush charge to guarantee the job ships in 3 business days
– Currently a 50% rush charge (subject to change at any time)
Rush charge to guarantee the job ships in 4 business days
– Currently a 25% rush charge (subject to change at any time)
Rush charge to guarantee the job ships in 5 business days
– Currently no rush charge (subject to change at any time)

Jobs with finishing options (folding, scoring, perforating, saddle-stitching, numbering, die-cutting, etc.) require an additional 2-3 business days turnaround time.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - Screen Printing by Marquina prides itself in our quality and our consistent, fast turnaround. We will always do whatever we can to ensure that our clients' delivery schedules are met. However, in the event of technical difficulties, such as press malfunctions, power outtages, or other circumstances out of our control, Screen Printing by Marquina will gladly refund rush charges/fees and, when possible, allow for order cancellations or refunds. Our liability will be limited to these costs and we will NOT be responsible for expedited shipping costs, etc. Also, in the event of a shipping delay, Screen Printing by Marquina will not be responsible for 3rd party shipping errors by UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. However, our customer service department will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with UPS or your shipping carrier.
